2 New Songs...

Yeah, mixes were way better....might need some low end, though, and the vocals, although well done, gave me a feeling that they were added on, as opposed to being a part of the whole thing...I realize that adding vocals later is the way it's done, don't get me wrong, but they just sorta sounded like they were in a different room or something, and a bit too up front...maybe I'm not describing this very well...just sounded not a part of the music....nicely written tunes....gibs

I know exactly what you mean about the vocals, and It's frustrating the hell out of me! If I set the recording level the same as the instruments, the vocals get lost. If I record vocals at higher level, they sound out of place. If I screw aroung with levels at mix down, there is no sweet spot for vocals. What's a boy to do?
 
groogleman - I agree the vocals had that 'on top of the mix' sound. The tunes were pretty cool though, Bitch's Burial certainly had it's moments
