2 Metal/Hardcore songs to critique

I know they both need a lot of work. But I'm not sure where to start.

Recorded this band over the weekend, and have been working on their mixes since.

virtual drums? guitars have a lot of lows that they don't need, totally kills the bass and kick drum disappears entirely. overall the drums just kill it! definitely gotta practice your sequencing

I can hear some unwanted distortion on the guitars.
The kick needs more definition. I would bring the cymbals down a bit.
Guitars are nice, but could do with some cleaning up in the lo end and maybe boost some 5K on the bass guitar.
