2 Edirol PCR-30s?

I have a PCR-30, and I am using Sonar and right now an Audigy 2, but upgrading to Delta 66 with Omni. Can I buy another PCR-30, install it, have it work in Sonar on 2 separate channels? Will there be driver problems? MIDI problems?

I want to have one running bass and one running accompaniment using different softsynths, and maybe eventually a sound module or 2.
