but also remeber these "Southern Garbage" artist have a track record that was provin..they Sold records...period.. Label dont pick from Demo;s anymore,,they look for artist that has a track record on selling 20,000+ local or 100,000+ regional..if you do that they come knocking to sign a deal..cause you will sell records..and make them money...As much as I hated that Laffy taffy crap..they did what they needed to do to get the deal to get the deal to flood the market and their album will go Gold if it hasnt already(didnt look for it on Soundscan) and that means the label made money off that investment..everyone seams to hate the simple beats that get played..cause everyone is always tryin to make complexed beats..and then complain when they cant get a beat sold cause it has to much goin on..or they went with a simple beat and it turned into a hit..

Music is just like cloths..everything recycles..but just in different styles and flows..

bknot, I'm not against simple beats.

Premo, who's one of my favorite producers drops real simple beats but they're always classic.
