puh, my english...
you see inthe list with the miks, the points & the files from each mic, i start with the winner :)
the first 3 mic's are great, the next 3 are ok & the last 6 are cheap or bad...
the best mic for not to much money is the rode nt1000...

that just shows that I cant trust my ears. I liked it second best of all the mics and it came in last.

I know that warlock liked it best, and another guy on musicplayer liked it second best.

Anyhow.

I did not see the mk416 on the sound room page. I only saw the mk516. Do they sell the mk416 under a different name in the u.s?

the soundroom only sell the mc51, but write a mail to taylor, he will mabye import the mc416 for you.
 
I actually rated 5 9 & 10 the same...... 10 points. ;)
First I did like the B2 the most... but then when I started to put them in order I couldn't pick the best out of the three......
And I gave 9 points to NT1000 ;)

its funny because I also preffered the nt1000 to the ntk
 
you can go to http://babel.altavista.com and have that translate it. its not so bad. just understand its translating each word out of context. makes more sense then german does if you can't read any of it. :)
