Hi,

I am new.....

I'm wanting to do something of an amateur studio of sorts. I'd like to record my own band as well as help at other bands with their demos in the area at like a very discounted price.

What I have right now is:

(to record)
Mr8 digital multitrack recorder
Crate 200w powered 8 channel mixer with built in effects and EQ
Windows PC with 384mb ram and a 1.1 ghz processor and 40gig hd w/ N-track studio, cool edit, Cakewalk, Fruity Loops, Acid, Auto tune, and tons of plugins

(mics and pres)
MCA sp1 condenser mic
Audio technica dynamic mics (can't remember the models)
rolls mic preamp

(monitoring)
a pair of roland monitors
studio headphones

(instruments)
Carvin custom
Fender showmaster
-looking into getting a v-amp or a POd for direct-
Crate gfx 120w head and 4x12 cab

(most bands will have their own stuff)

my question is...

in order to do some pretty decent close to studio quality recordings.. what else would I need.. at the minimal.

I know I'm going to get a set of drum mics, and def. some more recording mics.. just don't know what to get. any help is appreciated. by the way.. most of the stuff I'm going to be recording will be punk/emo/hardcore/screamo stuff.
