This is a Rolls PM50s Headphone amp that is a stereo (trs) in/2 headphone out with a mic in/through as well. I cut the foam in the case for it and it's power supply and for headphones (not included). The phones were AKG 240m that the space is cut for, but should work for yours (unless you wear headphones made for airline pilots 
). Will include a 1' TRS-TRS, and a TRSF - 2 TRSM cord.
In excellent condition, both functionally and cosmetically (the case has some scuffs on the outside).
