Thats some nice playing there SOUND DIAGNOSIS. Really nice piece and excellent playing. I wish I had some steak or lamb, I just have some soup for dinner tonight, and peanut butter sandwich. I wouldn't throw it at the computer though because I'm hungry and because this is a great tune.

I'm likin' the piano sound... the synth horn sound is... hmmm... well... 1.5 hours did you say? :p

Nice free-form feel... whoa... can you say "cymbal swells?" lol...

You know who should hear this? Dr Stool... ehr... drstawl... he'd probably really appreciate this.

Nice runs on pno there at the end.

Nice piece? Thanks Bobbo! Piece of crap-ola really......but it has grown on me the more I listen to it, don't know why. Soup and a peanut butter sandwich, huh? Come to Fl. I'll make you a steak to die for...and eventually.....from! :D Glad you enjoyed the "thing"...or whatever it is...I don't do jazz, but it does sound that way. Go figger. Cya ~~~Lee

This "thing" realistically took 15-20 minutes tops, to put down on 4 tracks in my Kurzweil K26X workstation. 1st keys/bass/trumpet/percussion..like 8 minutes to record it in 4 passes...then played with some mixing/panning/eq issues....then loaded it into my shitty Turtle Beach Montego soundcard and there it is. Should I make an appointment with Dr. Stool?? Hasten to guess he/she is a proctologist with gifted fingers??? I personally know Dr Amin Yerbouti, Chief of Proctology at New York Hospital. :D :D :D

Damn great new word for my vocabulary, "fanfuckintasticallish"!
7 syllables too!! It will make me seem smart, even! Clean you say? I wash my tunes before I send them out, Rick. Thanks for listening my friend!

Chad, that link is dead to the good Doctor. Any other way to listen to the doc's stuff? Also, Why don't I rate??? :( :( :( boohoo......

I had typed "Very refrehsing" but I just read the whole thread and saw the word's already been totured to death so...

"I found it to be an exhilarating departure from the norm"

It took me half the song to realize that the trumpet was a sample. :0

I liked the horn sound.

Glad the horn fooled you....well......at least for 50 seconds! :D Thanks for listening, Doug! ~~~Lee

I'm sure this will be a little symphony after you put a real horn on it - I enjoyed soo much - thx 4 the music!

I am so glad you enjoyed this "thing" Harry, as I had real fun slopping it together never knowing what would transpire. I know it's mush, but I kinda like the way this mush turned out! If I really spent a few hours tweaking the horn.....maybe using a better sample other than the "stock" sample in my synth...and learn to emulate the "playing" of a horn better. Very hard to make it convincing, but I am determined. :D Thanks again, Harry! ~~~Lee
