I need a usb soundcard for my laptop, it must have 4 mic inputs for recording drums, and be under £200.
I've been looking at the m-audio quattro model, but i know nothing about this kit so i thought i'd ask the experts here.
Basically is it any good, i use N-track software , its the one i feel the most comfortable with, so the souncard must be compatible with n-track preferably.
If there are better options please suggest them, i don't want to make a mistake.
Laptop is a samsung v20 pentium 4 1.8ghz, 512mb ram, 20gig hd with 2xusb 2.0 ports.
