    OC 703 vs Armstrong 420

    Does anyone know if Armstrong 420 acoustic tiles has the same audio properties as OC 703? My local Lowes has this in the insulation section. If so, it cost around $90 for 16 sheets (2'x4' 5/8" thick). Is this a average price or can I get it cheaper? Thanks.:confused:
