my midi files is stuttering whenever i play them my cpu is penium 4 3.00 mhz 4 gig memory when i play my files my cpu is running at about 90% i dont think that should be right any help thanks

i use power tracks pro audio 11 have a lot of vst plugins compressers reverb eq.s etc i have just recorded a girl who.s vocal is very sharp in tone her pitch is fine what could i use make her sound a little less pearcing thank

im new to this so sorry if im wrong what im trying to find out is this. im trying to sync my computer sequencer to my 8 track digital recorder' im sending out mtc time code from my 8 track trying to get my computer to sync it does sometime and sometimes it does'nt i have the computer sequencer...
