Hi, I plan on using Gigasampler with Gigapiano but I don't have a keyboard. The ONLY thing I need is MIDI and velocity sensitive keys. Price is a main concern. Can anyone recommend a cheap keyboard for nothing more than controlling a computer (w/ midi) and for use with Gigasampler? thanks...

I have your answer... the reason for the clicks in the end of the tracks in DAO is because Adaptec is a piece of crap. CD "time code" is measured in minutes, seconds then frames. I'm pretty sure theres 75 frames/second. What happens in adaptec is that if the track does not end on an exact...

Maybe the VS880 uses 48khz? Anyway experiment using the 'Adjust Sample Rate.." function under the edit menu and try different settings until you can 'correct' the problem. That will give you a better idea of where the problem lies.

I have a GL Wave 4/24 and I would just like to say that it is INCREDIBLE! Its never given me any problems, sounds perfect and the support is 2nd to none. The only beef I have is that the Wave 4/24 requires me to turn around my computer to get at the inputs but that has been 'fixed' in the 4/96...
