The actual sonusman had lots of posts and knew a lot. Then he fell out with HR's owner and got banned a tonne of times (I think he's still mentioned by name in the site's TOS, lol) and had all of his posts deleted. At the time I posted this he would've got mad knowing this thread had been put...

It doesn't seem like more than five years since I signed up as s_o_n_etc etc and pasted this old thread up. Man, HR did used to be good.

It's a Westone Prestige 150. First electric I owned and I will NEVER sell it. Rare as chuff and worth twice now what I paid for it a decade ago. Never seen another one - there are loads of Spectrums and Thunders (love the Thunder basses, especially with the actives) out there but not many...

My Burns is pretty sweet. But I also like my Westone. (not my pics but same guitars and finishes) But the best instrument I own is an Ibanez bass.
