I just received a 10.5 inch take up reel in the mail that I'm planning to use with my Tascam 44. The seller said it was fit for 1/4" tape, but it clearly appears to be for 1/2". Will this take up reel be usable? Or does it have to be the same size as the tape? I'm using 1/4" RMG SM911.
