Absolutely fantastic......i still think there's room for more creativity as well. .....maybe some other guitar fx just to accent the mood you're going for..........something along the lines of Radiohead or Porcupine Tree stuff. Really enjoyed this. Thanks.

I just listened to the version with Pahtcub's vox......sounds nice....the original version needed work on the vox....too much reverb and probably needed some more compression. Cool song though.

love the drums here....nice kick and bass separation.....my only issue is with the over driven rhythm guitars.....there's a fizzy sound in there......sounds like it should be notched out with EQ. Other than that, love it!

Thanks for the feedback....i think you're right about the bass......I started rolling off the low end at about 100hz.....it would probably benefit to notch out some at about 120hz. Thanks for listening.

So i just recently purchased a Digidesign Eleven Rack and Steven Slate Drums and wanted to put together a simple little test recording to see if both products sounded legit. It's a short little recording, not the most creative number.....but it was just for testing purposes....so it's simple...

Are you using a limiter on the master fader? ....it seems the entire mix is being squashed heavily (noticeably distorting).......notice the volume increase of the lead guitar lick at around 37-38 seconds when the other parts go quiet.....it jumps up in volume.......did you do this through volume...
