Well if you aren't using any sort of DI type preamp you're going to want to use a mic like a LD condenser for the acoustic and a SD dynamic mic for the guitar. Good luck

well im not to sure about what you mean by drum tabs but you could use guitar pro to program the drums and then you can go to file export as midi. Thats what I used to do back before I had some decent recording gear and was using a drum machine. Im not sure how much guitar pro costs now a days...
