Hey Jouni, I'd be a little leery and keep your primary amp on reserve while gigging.... As I recently found out, getting good sounds out of a "pre-amp" can be more tricky that I first thought (Sansamp GT2 into Mackie 808M). My $.02.

Sounds to me like the buzz/hum I've always associated with EMF. No singlecoils, Seymour and Dimarzio humbuckers. It was very frustrating having another guitar player who wouldn't stop playing long enough for me to dial it in.... Maybe I just need to give it another shot trying to get better...
