I had this problem...I solved it by upgrading to SX...

Works great for me...I have had nothing but good times using SX so far...

I am going to take it into the shop and get them to show me the proper usage and such...You know stuff I should have done to begin with..

Its tuff to tell...i will try with the drive low and gain a little higher...But before when I had no pre I didn't have this hiss...If it doesn't clear I may go back to the store and ask for my payola back....Thanks

Well I grabbed this piece cause it was affordable and I didn't have a preamp but the hiss that is coming out of this makes me think something is wrong with it or the mixer or the setup..something...maybe its just ass I am running it thru a behringer eurorack that has built in crappy pre...

Spectrograph sounds interesting...I have no idea how to use it or what to use it in conjunction with...Sounds kinda important... Vocoder sounds like fun...I might mess with it a bit tonight... Thanks alot guys Geoff

I got the audiophile 24/96...Is there a break out box for this shit...I will try that first..I want to get one anyway...I think I got xp pro running but I say I think I got cause it was pirated...Shit the rackmount burner sounds like fun too...lol God damn if only I was rich...And blue bear...

I saw a thread a week or so ago I believe...But I think I am having the same problem...I sit and sit and mix the tracks so they are perfect to my ears...Then I export and Bamn!!! it changes the sound...I used to have n-track and liked the ability for the realtime mix...Anyways any work arounds...

I use cool edit pros compressors...They do the trick for me..
