I would go with an Audio-Technica Pro 25 on kick, Sm57 on snare, the 4033 as a room mic (if you need it...), and a pair of MXL 603s as overheads. I think you would be much happier with the MXLs rather than the Behringers as your overheads (it could depend on your room though.) That would leave...

I found a way to remedy this on a friends computer. If you know how long you're going to record (we'll just say 5 minutes), highlight your track with the selector up to the 5 minute mark and press record. Hopefully that will work for you.

I used to use a RE20 on the kick but wasn't extremely happy with the sound I was getting, so I bought a AT pro25 and I'm really diggin' it. It has much more punch than the RE20.
