Sounds really good! Maybe the guitar could come up a tad?
I use Amplitube for all recorded guitar, but I go more for clean twangy sounds.. I like recording the guitar direct, then I can change the guitar sounds right up to the mixdown..
Here's my latest original tune; Perpetual Rain. Would love opinions on the mix or composition. However, I already know my vocals are mediocre..

Thanks for all these great comments everyone.. it's definately resulted in a better mix! Going to do another one tomorrow, just a couple more things.. :laughings:
Yes I have actually, I always wanted to try GFS stuff so I put a set of their Vintage Hot pickups on, and one of their bridges and tuners and a pickguard.
I like buying the more inexpensive Strats and then having fun modifying them.. I've got a Classic Vibe Strat.. they're nice!
Obviously I can't play like those guys.. but I tried to get that kind of groove, with my own style thrown in.
Any comments on the mix or composition greatly appreciated!

In recording audio with loops all the lanes do automatically mute except the last one with replace selected which is good. But having to arm and select input...
No I already have it on overwrite.. but, it keeps every track I do and then I have to delete all the ones I don't want. I just want it to keep the very last track I did and totally discard all the others as I record.
If I had it on sound on sound it would keep adding the instruments in each...
Hey all! I'm sure there are lots of Cakewalk gurus here, I'd just like to ask a couple of questions as I'm trying out Sonar after being a longtime Cubase user..
-Loop recording with midi; Ok I've got a 4 bar section looped, playing drums from the keyboard, it's going looping over and over and...
