My computer doesnt seem to give me the option to start in safe mode. First it asks me if I want to boot from cd. Then it asks if I need to run the Acronis Recovery Manager. No F8 prompt.
Is there any other way to get into safe mode?

It has 8 mic inputs on the very front of the firepod. Those are those black thingys you see. They will accept XLR connectors or 1/4" jacks.
As for the TRS connectors, no the quailty shouldn't be effected, atleast not considerably. I'm not sure if TRS connectors can work with phantom power...
