Wierd! I run my bass thru the RNC using either a slow attack on basic fingering and a quick attack on thumb-slapping and have never noticed any unwanted signal noise even when using my Aphex Bass Exciter for low'r freqy boost. I don't know if you're using the unit in normal mode or not but if...
