I'm interested in adding a spring reverb to my rack, but don't know where to start. I can't imagine too many manufacturers are still producing them in today's digital era, but Im wishing for my tracks to have the feel of those days gone by. I'm interested in Surf, Motown-esque...

Kimberly, I think Computer Music magazine gives away CE2000 each month on its CD. You should double check, but I think it's 2000. Might be a demo of 1.2
Its available at bigger bookstores, alot of music shops, and some computer outlets.

How'd you score so much for such a little price? I was gearing up to purchase a new machine, cause mine doesn't have the specs to run new software packages that I'm interested in. But then I had to dump the cash on an engagement dream, and I'm back to the dreaming...
What does this mean? You can't import your own samples? Or it doesn't have a built-in audio recorder that will literally "sample" the audio coming in through your soundcard? Cause I don't think Giga or Halion (or even Kontackt) can do that either... I thought all of these were essentially just...
My mate and I made one about a year ago with a circular saw and $15 worth of plywood. It fits his drum perfectly, and is the exact height he prefers it.

The volume envelopes are in the second to last group of boxes- it says dB with a crooked green line above it. Make sure it's clicked and the fifth box to it's right is also clicked-it has a group of squares connected by a similar green line.
