Lt. Bob, sounds like your ISP may have had an issue, and that 'error' page is now cached. Clear your local cache, ISP cache, and force a manual refresh (ctrl-F5 on IE) on that page. Then try again! Happens some time, cache systems were poorly designed from the beginning.... W.

Nooo... No amount of messing with the settings with download disabled will make it work, unless you re-encode, and re-upload. Try using LAME, works every time in CBR (sometimes even in VBR, but very few players support VBR properly). W.

Use a different encoder (or at least different settings) for your mp3. Whatever you are using is not compatible with WMS. W.
