Ill take the L and R's and duplicate them.
Ill put an eq across the dupes with a serious high pass so there are no lows or low mids (up to 1k). Then ill dip out some of the presency stuff (5-8k). Then add a high shelf starting at around 9-10k and boost it up till it sounds bright and pretty...
The Bass guitar sounds sharp from the 6 string to me.
Or perhaps its intonation needs checking?
Oh and the filtered snare effect is a terrible idea. :p

The vox reminds me a J Masicus (Dino Jr.)
The rest sounds fine, im not a fan of any of the snare sounds i heard, but thats a pref thing i suppose.
Is this pro mastered?
Just make a new session at 44.1.
Then in that session go to "import session data".
In that menu choose your old 96k session and hit "open".
Then above the tracks section hit SRC (sample rate conversion)
And then highlight all the tracks as "New Track"
Then hit ok.
