I am almost settled on the rp-5 but wanted to throw this question out there for feedback.
Will going up 1" in woofer size and 25watts in power from the rp-5 to the rp-6 really make that much of a difference? Will the added bass actually be harmful to my mix in terms of translating?
Also, I...
did you hear when this sale will be going on?? I was going to buy the rp-5s for 150 a piece but would hold out if I could get the rp-6 for the same price. thanks.
if a pair of monitors only accepts banana plugs or spade connecters, and a power amp only has outputs of 1/4", how do I connect the two? is there a specific cable or adapter?? thanks guys.
first off, that wasnt directed specifically at you, thats why I didnt quote your post. you arent the only one that was complaining about them copying people. You, however, made a valid point about copying with far cheaper componants being one of the things that turns you off from them.

I think that the v-amp sounds good and I stick by my initial statements. If you like line6, then go buy one. Line6 I am sure has some good products. I never said Berhinger is the best brand on the planet. I am saying that this product serves its purpose. And for the $91 dollars that I paid for...
well I am sure I will be buying other gear. I guess the main question is, can unbalanced be run through a balanced patchbay? I realize if you run balanced through unbalanced you are losing fidelity..correct? but unbalanced through a balanced wont hurt anything, but it wont improve anything...
