    Oktava MC012 vs Shure SM57

Of course the answer is both! :) Not sure about the piano(probably the Okatava) but the MC012 is better for acoustic guitar, the SM57 is better for miking amps. The 57 is pretty close to the 68 that you already have. If I were you I might go for the Oktava. I picked up a 2nd one for $75...

    Microphone stands

If you're moving into the world of LD mics do yourself a favor and get yourself a nice sturdy tripod boom stand. The LD mics come with adaptors that will make them fit anywhere but they're kinda heavy and are prone to tipping over without a sturdy stand.

Musicians Friend AKG c430 OH blowout

You can get unmatched Oktavas for that money. You can get matched 603s with shockmounts and a case for that money. You can get a pair of ECM 8000s for $70. I've heard of all 3 of these being more favorably mentioned for OHs than the AKG. just my .02

Looking to buy a pair of SDs and one LD....advice?

You also didn't mention how many mics you are going to need at any one time. Another possible solution is to get a pair of SP B1s which can be used as overheads, on guitar AND on vocals. You can get them for about $150 for the pair and have a nice chunk of change left for some pres.

    Small Diaphram Condensors???

I like the 603s on guitar but they don't really cut the mustard as far as vocals goes. You might be better off with a Studio Projects B1 if you're looking for a dual-purpose mic.

The 603 sale is definitely over although I've heard mention of the stereo pair going for $139 there. I have my doubts about that but it can't hurt to ask. Here's a nice little article about putting together a mic cabinet: http://www.piemusic.com/mp/micproj.html
