anybody use event ps-6's? i do. I noticed in the past few musician's friend catalogues, they've mistakenly printed the description of the ps-6 beside a picture of a ps-5. this post is being made to break a 15 day long dry spell.

how does one go about hearing the song? i'm able to read the contents of the page, but it lacks a particularlly important component. maybe it's my computer, or maybe i'm retarded.... either way.

i'm not certain if tripod has an hourly bandwidth limitation, but it works now. shackrock: i used the autotune plugin on hi ho stereo. fed: i think i know what you mean about the clicking and distortion. it might be the mp3 compression because i can't hear it in the original.

thanks for the feedback hitherto. the compliments are encouraging, but i am still interested in improving the track, as the elements used to create it don't exactly follow textbook standards. my efforts to fix some things (make vocals more clear) seem to completely fuck the song up...

yeah, if you processed the mix, or if frequencies in the rest of the mix are stepping on the vocals, the noise reduction can only come so close. there isn't any way to just scratch the vocals and end up with a pristine mix, without the tracks.

I only read about 10% of your posts because my attention span is very low, but if you have a solo vocal track, and you're trying to remove the same vocal track from a mix, just use CE's noise reduction and set the precision very high.
