    Let your ears do the work....stick you face inside the piano and listen when de dude plays...(with the hatch open ;) ) Find the spot where you think with one ear...he..this sounds ok to me....stick the mic in and get your ear out!

    Nop, it ain't irrelevant...got the pcix 424 from motu, which will be handeling 32+ in/outs on 24/88.2 soon.....read about the 7000, but local macstore's say it ain't compatible.....the old vodoo was flashed for mac... but if it is going to drag the system down, that ain't an option.

    5x dtrs over here, but be aware...they have transport hardware which like any vcr gads bad after a while...our studio was facing the dilemma...buy 5x new dtrs or go for hd based recording....not to get stuck with the same problem within 5 years from now we opted for the hd....the dtrs are going...

    woha....end of the year is equipment buying time: Mac G5 dual 1,8 with 1,5G ram and dvdburner running nuendo/motu Sony P4 2,66 with dvdburner running nuendo / digidesign 5x 15" tft got a lot of playing to do the next couple of days :D
