Nothing is exactly broke. It's just that I will start to get CPU peaks when I'm doing high track counts. I just had a decent profit share so I thought a newer mac would be cool. So not much love for the PowerPC G5's?

My Delta 1010 also just crapped out on me, it works but has a nasty crackle, I think one of the caps is leaking. Anyway, in my pursuit to find a solution M-audio let me know that the Delta series has a lifetime warranty, so try that out too.

No Drumagog is not external, and it works great w/ cubase (SL, studio, or 4). What I mean is that SX/4 has a delay compensation where it pings the device (compressor, or reverb unit) and adjusts to compensate for the delay. No you can use all the plug-ins you want.
