Tukkis, I have a Q10 and I love it! Very easy to use and the preamps are great. The tech support is outstanding. I can call and talk to a live person during the day and they are more than helpful. The unit itself is very easy to use and has a ton of features. larry

I've had my single Q10 for about 7 months with zero problems. I talked to tech support even before I bought mine to get specs for motherboard and chipsets. I do know they are very helpful, unlike some other manufacturers I heard stories about. Goos luck and let me know if you get both working...
