It's a strange request I know, but I have 2 PC's and I'd like to put the PCI card in my backup system. That way if I have a crash I can just swap the 1010 parallel cable and my firewire drive and keep going. To my knowledge Midiman will not sell these separately.

Still, get yourself a preamp like the Audio Buddy by M-Audio also. $79 for 2 channels. You need to be able to tweak your input levels. A small Mackie type mixer would be even better as you could send your input signal thru it and run your monitor outs thru it also, not to mention headphones...

I've upgraded to Sonar 2 where per project folders are an option, but I have 12 gig worth of stuff from the past 18 months in one big folder. I'm considering several options for this but if anyone's done this, let's hear it.
