Give me a break... (if this is a joke, please disregard, but it doesn't seem like you are)
You're not buying a Naiant to snub the big guys... If you own a naiant you probably own a mic from the big guys... They're nice, inexpensive mics. But, like anything else, they aren't perfect on...
Is that supposed to be way "too" much $$$$$$$$???
It is around $420 from the guys in Vex's neck of the woods, Minnesota I believe. Worth every penny. You get what you pay for 9 times out of 10. Vex is an excellent guy, I own quite a few of his pedals and they're all solid, and have great...
Its one of three go to amps when I'm doing a session. Its really great.
The inside speaker sucks balls, but when hooked up to a 4x12 or 2x12 sounds really amazing. You can get really nice feedback without much hassle as well.
P90s are pretty cool... I guess... :D
I've got an 89' LP Std gold top with P-90s (the last year that model was standard and afterwards became the "historical" or "custom" or whatever marketing stuff they've come up with). Good stuff.
I've got a vintage tele deluxe. Its basically the tele les paul w/ 2 hums, switch on the upper 'bout, 2 volume knobs and 2 tone pots. Its as close to a LP as you'll get, but its not really close. I own two les pauls, one w/ P90s and a custom and they sound like les pauls, even the P90...
Yeah, you WILL mess your amps up doing that. Thats a promise.
Taken from Z.Vex's website about his amp, which can be applicable to all amps:
WARNING: DO NOT CONNECT OUTPUT OF NANO TO ANOTHER AMP'S INPUT. THE NANO IS AN AMP, NOT AN EFFECT, AND MUST BE CONNECTED ONLY TO A SPEAKER CABINET UNLESS...
I don't know that any of those mics or that budget will get you anything better than what you already have. That said, what do you need a mic for? How many tracks do you have available for live recording?
I don't know that any of your questions matter as the pedal is made to distort your signal, the EQ will effect the distorted signal (unless it is a boost and/or disortion). You would have to look at the schematic to find out where the EQ is if it really matters to you, but I don't see why it...
Disklaviers don't need to be miced. They have 1/4" outputs and midi outputs. They have a bar that comes up and mutes the strings but doesn't interfere (they say) with the action. It basically turns it into a regular action digital piano. You have quite a few sounds within the "brain" of the...
Since you're taking out a loan, get these:

New converter: http://www.mercenary.com/heddigsigpro.html
It looks like you've got the pre under control.
What are you doing for monitors? You should probably get these...
Yamaha makes the Disklavier which is a digital piano and acoustic piano in one. Elton John uses them live (when he "plays"). You can combine the piano sound with synth sounds, organs, etc. Kawai also makes a pickup system, but I don't think its caught on like the Disklavier.
You just plug it...
