    VF16 vs. VF160

External only and the Plextor burners are the only SCSI burners that I know of that will work with the VF 16.You will need to update the VF-16's software to Version 3.13 to use the new plextors. Here's a FAQ page that may answer some other questions you have...

    VF16 vs. VF160

Yes they are the same exact unit except for the CD-RW. You mentioned hooking it up to your PC for mastering. The only way to hook either of them up to a PC(and remain in the digital realm) is through then SPDIF output. You cannot hook them up to a PC using the SCSI port. You can always go out of...

    VF16 vs. VF160

Only difference is built in CDRW in the VF 160.......as far as hardrives go,you can pop them in and out with ease if they are on the confirmed media list.I think the VF 160 comes with a 20 gig drive.MY VF 16 came with a 10 gig. They don't sell the VF 16 anymore so I'm assuming you are looking...

    --Long Cool Woman--

 That's strange. There should be a "Save Target As" option right under the "Open in New Window" option on the right click of the link. What browser are you using?Internet Explorer?Netscape?

    --Long Cool Woman--

Betty, Try doing a right-click/Save-as on the link instead of trying to click it to launch it.Save it to your desktop and see how it goes.

    Multi-Track Software

Yes,I still use it.It's the only multitracking software that I own.If I had the bucks I would shell out for CEP. N-Tracks is still the best bang for the buck. It's not Cool Edit Pro but it can get the job done.

    Multi-Track Software

You're wrong.:D It's a full blown multitracker.I own N-tracks and have worked on Cool Edit Pro.Cool Edit Pro is lightyears beyond N-tracks.
