Amazon.com...cost me $6 and change for the cable and shipping. I priced one at Best Buy and they wanted $40 for it. I buy a lot of electronics at Amazon. Also about two years ago I got the best price I could find around on Pro Tools LE 8...$169.

I found this one for Windows and Mac....it looks easy but I haven't tried it yet. If I'm reading correctly it will automatically burn the DVD to a standard format for most players. ExpressBurn

I think this is basically true however it depends on your fan base. No one I know that would buy my music walks around with an IPod in their pocket and an earplug. Don't completely discount CD's yet...it ain't over till the fat dinosaur sings.

I don't know about your camera but I used a DV cable 1394 4 to 6 pin firewire. My camera is only compatible with PC which is why I have to first transfer to PC then to DVD to get it to my Mac. What OS are you running...I had no problem transferring once I got the correct cable.?

Update I wanted to finish this thread but had forgotten about it. I wound up dumping Mbox and their core drivers and replaced it with Apogee Duet. No noise! I don't know about older versions of Apple OS but 10.6.2 doesn't get along well with Mbox. Tired of waiting for a fix. I'm sure Apple...
