You can stuff as man y cards as you have slots in 2k or xp. I believe at work I had 6 at one time. That was a little silly. Never had the problems you were talking about in 2k...I guess it depends on the card but the task bar was only on the primary..not streched across. Never seen that happen.

Well, Ive been building and working on PC's since they came out during the eighties. If a piece of software, or hardware has problems with AMD, or VIA for that matter, its a poorly designed piece of shit and you should stay away from it. AMD is compatible with everything I'v ever thrown at it...

Kind of fond of the Ingersol Rand, but I havent been able to afford one yet. Make sure you get one that runs on 220 if you can, they build up a lot faster.

For just screwing around, I like the SR16. I have a zoom, I like it, but its more of a pain than my old SR16. I had a sequential Tom, ok for its time....but I cant see using it any more.
