Dont really know. I dont even know it they run on batteries. Even if they do I wouldnt discard them. I guess it all comes down to the sound quality

They are way cheaper than the popular mk 12 One down I see on them is the cable is attached to the mike, you cant disconnect it. But I guess thats just a stupid detail, it all comes down to the sound and realiability
