I would say you are probably better of with a dedicated vocal effects processor.
The Boss VE-20 is ideal for this type of application, my singer uses one. They're very affordable and better suited to what you wanna do! :)
Cheers, Muzza.
OK think I create and FX BUS, and route the dry tracks to that BUS to share the VST FX's :)
Muzza
EDIT: Yup it works in case anyone wonders! :)
Just create a track and name it FX BUS, then open I/O on the new track and add new receives!
Anyone know if its possible to send a VST across multiple tracks?
For example say I have 4 guitar tracks and I want to apply say a cabinet simulation with identical settings to each track, I know I can add the VST to each track individually but can I add it to all for in one command?
Also does...
Run a couple of these utilities, CCleaner and Fcleaner. I use them on a daily basis due to being an I.T Manager and never have any issues and have seen the clean as much as 4GB off machines before :)
Muzza.
Guys,
I have a little recording session coming up with a friend of mine.
What I will be recording is one acoustic guitar and vocals.
Does anyone know how to get the UX-1 when set to Mic and Instrument inputs to recording on 2 seperate tracks in REAPER?
I think it maybe REAPER settings i need...
I must admit, I do beleive C-SLIKK was looking for plugin suggestions, not "A Magic plugin"
???? is that not the case!
Nothing wrong with suggesting a few plugins to get the guy started! :)

Guys,
At the moment I don't have any studio monitors, I'm going to pick up a cheap set to start with (for home recording) and want to know the cheapest / simplest method of powering them?
Would a stereo HiFi amp do the job or is that a bad idea?
Cheers, Muzza.
Google - Ambience Smartelectronix it's an excellent reverb / gate plugin, one of the best I've ever found that should help your vocals shine! I use it in reaper! :)
