i'd agree, but the ensemble is an 8 channel analog I/O, 8 ch adat, 2 ch spdif. So for our shop, having 3 or 4 of these connected to the logic setup, mixing through the 32 channel desk would be nice. I just can't seem to find a clear explanation of the ensemble's scalability.

if i don't know what frequency or width i'm after, but i know it's a cut, i'll fully cut the dB down, and then sweep the frequency. Then when i find it, i'll mess with the width until it's right.

i have a simple sheet for the assistant, or the other engineer. Basically it's instrument, tie line, preamp, track. so that the assistant can plug the mic into the right tie line, i can patch the right preamp, and route to the right track. just an excel table
