actually, after searching ive found a better deal on a non refurbished drive. here all i need now is a jumper cable so its compatable with my montherboard which only supports sata 1 drives. is it just one of those little square grey plastic things? a normal jumper?

I came across this site which sell mostly refurbished hard drives. The prices are way way ahead of anything I've come across. i can get a 300gb Sata Seagate for £60. opinions on this deal and refurbished hard drives in general?

aha, it appears i can use the other sata controller for a single hard drive and dont have to use a raid array. sweet, thanks! (now please work properly, just ONE TIME!)

Does anyone know if there is a way to adjust the velocity sensitivity on the keystation 66? At the moment its basicly impossible to hit 127 without smashing my fist onto the keys in a moment of rage. cheers

Ok, ive sorted this out. the samusng 204b has both connections on the back. so i can plug the dvi into the laptop and teh vga into the desktop. then there is a switch on the monitor thats changes between Analouge and digital. and violla!! It better be that simple when i get it :)

whats the cheapist Graphics card to support 2 monitors? i currentyl have one 17" flatscreen and am getting a 20" one. My 20" one is going to connect to a splitter box so i can switch it between my laptop and recording Pc. Its also going to be on a monitor arm so i can swing it about n stuff :D...
