err im not actually in the band the song is from another band that i recorded i think ive just gated the snare too much to cause that muffled sound.

i use the emulated/headphone line out of most of the marshall amps i record to get a scratch track down because later i mic em up. usually it sounds decent just not as good as a miced amp. if you still want that miced sound you can record the amp with headphone line out and later play that...

The problem is that the drivers wont install.

i tried to install the ones for 10.4 but they wont install correctly. ahhhhhhh.

they are for 10.3 but i figured it would work since my computer is 10.4. i did read the read me.

i just found a driver and it said it fixes the problems in tracktion dealing with asio.

the interface is a hercules 16/12 no but i know there is newer drivers. and im recording in 96/24

ok i just got my firewire interface and i cant seem to figure it out. im recording using tracktion 2 and if i dont set the latency to an exact spot it just wont record. pleasee help.
