I have a presonus firestation...I can only track in 2 channels with the WDM drivers. The ASIO drivers will track all 8.

it supports WDM as well, but only in 2 tracks, so if I want to record 8 tracks at a time, I need to do it in cubase or something.

I wish they would get on it then! I am tired of tracking in one program and mixing in another :(

well, I was going to use it as insulation between the wall of the studio and the control room and the vocal room...I was also going to use it in the bass traps you suggested.

Found a place to get 60 duro 1/4 inch neoprene...is this acceptable? I know we usually call for 1/2 inch to float floors...is is ok to double up?

I played with them a little...maybe not enough though...They were on loan, so I had to give them back...but should be getting them again after the first.

I am in the process of building a proper studio/ mixing environment...anything I can do to make this place tolerable in the mean time? Oh, I am surrounded in concrete :(
