Guitar can get some really low tones although some more than others. Use the bass pickup and turn the tone knob down, that will add a lot of sound to the lower register. I guess in the end it comes down to what they want.

Yeah I use the Mk219 for pretty much everything I do. I'm pretty sure its the same thing as the 319 with a different grille (somewhat inferior). I'm extremely happy with what I get out of it. I'd love to try having it modded one of these days or buying a pre-modded 319.
