I Build Desks and have helped others do the same since 2005. If you choose to use a flat table, I'd suggest that you use Speaker Stands. If you put your audio monitors on your table they will most likely be too low for appropriate listening among other sound related issues. B

It could be but I doubt it. Reverb or any Effects on? Listen to the mics using the headphone output on the mixer then listen to them using the headphone output on the computer and see if there is any difference............
