Had a chance to check the fuse problem yesterday. I disconnected the two connections in question,replaced the blown fuses, and powered on.. everything fine, I power down, plug-in the rec/erase bias plug (P3), power on..everything fine! plug the rec/signal plug and again all's well. I'm guessing...
