When I duplicate a track and add effects on one, I think the effects appear on both. How do I leave one dry? Thanks:D

I recorded a scratch session of a song I`m working on just to see if I could get AA3 to burn the CD. I don`t remember the steps I took, I think I did "mixdown" and then "mastering effect" and then just burned the CD and it worked...Whats the difference of using sends and busses? :cool: the whole...

when you say all tracks do you mean instrument tracks too or all vocal tracks?

I noticed that when I have headphones on my crash and ride cymbals are 1 on one side and one on the other...how can I get this effect when recording from the outputs in to my interface?

Does anyone do this? Is it a dorky effect to use? I thought it sounded kinda cool to duplicate a vocal track and move one just a little over and panning somewhere in the stereo field to get a stereo sound...:o..newbie to vocal recording and my voice is kinda "honky" any tips? Thanks:D

HAHA!! Thats another thing...I don`t know that much about guitars but I do know enough to know you leave the truss rod alone until you really know what you`re doing. alright ..I brought my Mexi Strat to this guy down the street who is a "pro" has his own shop. "can you fix this buzz? I dont have an allen wrench?" Come back 20 min later and he tells me my neck is fucked ..broke on the inside "trusss washer is loose" upsells me a neck from usa...

Not sure of a harmonizer but I`ll tell you that I have yet to get a 3rd party plugin to work with my AA3...Probably something to do with the area between my computer and my chair. HAHA stole that one from someone on here!

Its a Wilkinson bridge on a custom Strat style guitar..everything is new but the pickgaurd and pickups..

Is fret buzz something all guitars have or can it be fully fixed....I record with a very clean sound sometimes using one note strikes on the low E and A strings...Oh and using a Strat model guitar..Anyone:confused:
