Jimmy I can tell you this........get a work-out schedule for your vocals....It IS a muscle and needs to be worked...(NOT OVER-WORKED) I'd say an hour a day....Pick songs with-in your range but that also stretch your voice a tad....LIKE A MUSCLE WORK-OUT... I had vocal nodules several years...
