i was wondering. I am thinking abou getting a rackmount computer case and then putting my computer and my aardvark direct pro q10 in a rack together. Would there be any problems that could happen from this? like hum crossing over onto recordings with the 2 right by each other?

yeah, i found one in a pawn shop yesterday for $100, felt like a pretty sturdy solid guitar, had a number small scratches, but i think i could fix it up to look not bad.

anyone ever heard of a guitar made by ampeg called stud? if so, is it good or not. i know ampeg makes some decent amps.

thanks, hey, thanks for the suggestions, one question, the RNC isnt going to degrade quality is it, because in my opinion the mic pres on the aardvark are quite nice. also, should i plug it in before going into the mic pre, or after, because the direct pro q10 has inserts on 4 of the channels...

I have an Aardvark direct Pro Q10 and love it. But I am starting to record other bands quite a bit, and one thing i have been holding off on but now really need is a compressor. I will mainly be using it for drums, snare and kick. Maybe on vocals some also. So i will need a 2 channel compressor...
