The Firebox is the only one I like a lot. M-audio's left much to be desired and the inspire was meh.

I had a firebox and never had that issue once.

Unless your willing to shell out $1999 for the 15" pro which has FW800. I bought one of the last of the 13" black macbooks. which has a FW400 port.

Havent Updated my studio pics in a while. Moved over to a Mac Laptop and some new gear while clearing out a lot of the old crusty gear.:)

I have been using a Yamaha DTXplorer kit for a couple of years now and also owned a older DTXpress(First generation of that set in fact, and it was a guys touring kit I bought used). Both have and had(sold the DTXpress when I lost my job) held up well no breaks or bad triggers. I use the kit...

I checked that out but no go on the chromatic scale... But after I installed battery(Didn't really have a use for it till now), It was pretty easy to assign a pad to the drum cells in Battery... Thanks for the help and info. -Blaze

Alright, I searched and looked and tried and am getting no were fast with this. I have a Yamaha DTXplorer electronic drum kit and am using garageband for its synths and such. When I am playing the pads on my kit some are perfectly assigned and work but some pads like my snare don't trigger...

I'll have to dig through the manual, I have a M-Audio Axiom 49 Into Reason 4. Thanks I'll check back.

Hey all, I don't usually get to much into setting up MIDI Stuff since I bought a Laptop and a few soft synths. But I have an Issue that I want to see if I can resolve it. I play with a band that has drums, bass, vocals and me on synths and loops. I use Reason 4, Ableton Live 7 and Logic 8...
