Creative Labs owns Emu.Emu has discontinued everything and will be making only soundcards in the future.I assume Creative will continue with their line of gamer cards(Audigy).It seems to me they want to be the leader in soundcards in the future.

Hi, Which is better to record at on a Sblive Platinum,44.1Khz or 48Khz?I read an article long ago about the benefits of using 48Khz and to my ears it sound better but is it nessesary?I will be recording into a wave editor and using Vienna Soundfont Studio to create soundfonts.
